You can update the information displayed on the Users, Sessions, and Processes tabs in Remote Desktop Services Manager by using the Refresh action.

By default, information on the Processes tab in Remote Desktop Services Manager is automatically refreshed every 5 seconds. You can configure the refresh interval in the Options dialog box.

To refresh user session information

  1. In Remote Desktop Services Manager, in the left pane, click the Remote Desktop Session Host (RD Session Host) server for which you want to refresh the user session information.

  2. To refresh the specific user session information, do one of the following:

    • Click the Users tab, and then on the Action menu, click Refresh.

    • Click the Sessions tab, and then on the Action menu, click Refresh.

    • Click the Processes tab, and then on the Action menu, click Refresh.
