To configure a server to host Programas do RemoteApp, you must do the following:

  • Install programs on the server.

  • Add programs to the RemoteApp Programs list.

  • Ensure that the Programas do RemoteApp are available through Acesso via Web a Área de Trabalho Remota (Acesso via Web RD).

Also, you must do the following on the server that is hosting the Programas do RemoteApp:

  • Add the users and groups that need to access the Programas do RemoteApp to the Remote Desktop Users group.

  • Add the computer account for the appropriate Agente de Conexão da ´Área de Trabalho Remota (Agente de conexão RD ) server to the TS Web Access Computers group.

    Observação

    The appropriate Agente de Conexão RD server is the Agente de Conexão RD server that is making the Programas do RemoteApp on the server available to users through Conexão com RemoteApp e Área de Trabalho.

Configure the Remote Desktop Users group

By default, remote connections are enabled after you install the role service. You can use the following procedure to add users and groups that need to access the RemoteApp programs on the server.

To configure the Remote Desktop Users group
  1. On the server that is hosting the Programas do RemoteApp, start the System tool. To start the System tool, click Start, click Run, type control system and then click OK.

  2. In the System window, in the left pane, click Remote settings.

  3. In the System Properties dialog box, on the Remote tab, click Select Users, and then click Add.

  4. In the Select Users or Groups dialog box, add the appropriate users and groups. The users and groups that you add are added to the Remote Desktop Users group on the server.

    Observação

    Members of the local Administrators group can connect even if they are not listed.

  5. After you have added the appropriate users and groups, click OK to close the Select Users or Groups dialog box, click OK to close the Remote Desktop Users dialog box, and then click OK to close the System Properties dialog box.

Configure the TS Web Access Computers group

You must add the computer account for the appropriate Agente de Conexão RD server to the TS Web Access Computers group on the server.

To configure the TS Web Access Computers group
  1. On the server that is hosting the Programas do RemoteApp, click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Computer Management.

  2. In the left pane, expand Local Users and Groups, and then click Groups.

  3. In the right pane, double-click TS Web Access Computers.

  4. In the TS Web Access Computers Properties dialog box, click Add.

  5. In the Select Users, Computers, Service Accounts, or Groups dialog box, click Object Types.

  6. In the Object Types dialog box, select the Computers check box, and then click OK.

  7. In the Enter the object names to select box, specify the computer account of the appropriate Agente de Conexão RD server, and then click OK.

  8. Click OK to close the TS Web Access Computers Properties dialog box.
