The procedure for installing the role service for an server that provides redirection to virtual desktops is the same procedure as installing the role service for an server that hosts Programas do RemoteApp, with one exception:
- When you use Gerenciador do Servidor to install the role service for an server that provides redirection to virtual desktops, during the role service installation, on the Configure Client Experience page, ensure that none of the check boxes are selected.
Also, do not install programs on an server that is configured to provide redirection to virtual desktops. Users cannot access those programs as Programas do RemoteApp and cannot connect remotely to the desktop of the server.
